Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are only allowed for online purchases.

Returns and exchanges are not allowed for the following products : SALE/discounted items, merchandises during promotional offers or sale seasons

Purchases must be returned and exchanged within 14 days of your order delivery.

If you are not satisfied with product(s) that you have ordered or the product(s) was received damaged, we are pleased to offer you an exchange on your online order under the following conditions.
- Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all labels and product swing tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, accessaries and underwear cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Support for clarification before making purchase.
- Monogrammed and customised items cannot be returned.
- Proof of orginal receipt is required

If the returned merchandise does not meet the criteria above, the return request will be declined.

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you may return it and we will refund you.

Please note purchases made on AE e-commerce store (aeo.th) cannot be returned or exchanged at AE Retail, Aerie Retail or Outlet stores, and vice versa.

If you have received an online order as a gift and wish to return it, please note that it will be refunded to the purchaser‘s original method of payment.


Exchanges

Our full returns and delivery policy applies. In case of refund, the amount will always match the purchase price.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as soon as your order is canceled by adding it back to your orginal method of payment within 7-30 days.
Credit card payment may take approximately 30 days, depending on the card-issuing bank.

Terms of returns and exchanges do not affect your rights if the product(s) is faulty or does not match the image / description. AE & Aerie Thailand have the right to determine the final decision of returns and exchanges.

Return in a few easy steps!

1. Take your package to your chosen delivery carrier and this will be done at your cost. Please send your item(s) via traceable means to our office.

2. Login into My Account.
3. Click My Orders tab
4. Click on "Return" link to create a return with reason, upload product image, and shipment tracking slip, then click save.
5. Check the return status and the email sent to customer
6. You can check the updated status in My Account.
7. Refunds will be processed within 7-30 business days after our receipt of your item under our Return & Exchange policy
