Which delivery courier do you use?
All packages will be shipped either by Kerry, Thai Post, or our in-house delivery team.
What are the working days for Delivery Services?
Working days are Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Delivery to your address takes approximately 3-5 working days. Please allow extra leadtime during long public holiday or campaign periods.
How to change my delivery address?
After you log in, you can go to "My Account" and go to "Address Book" to edit, add or remove your saved addresses.
